Refund policy

At Great North Vape, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Return Window

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
  • Products must not show signs of use, tampering, or damage caused by the customer.

Non-Returnable / Final Sale Items

Due to health, safety, and regulatory reasons, the following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Disposable vapes
  • Vape pods
  • E-liquids
  • Opened vape devices
  • Sale items

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@greatnorthvape.ca with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the case and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received is defective or incorrect.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If eligible, customers may place a new order after the return process has been completed.
