We currently ship to eligible provinces and territories across Canada, excluding Ontario.
Orders placed with shipping addresses located in Ontario will not be processed and may be cancelled and refunded.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within the same business day. Orders placed on weekends, holidays, or outside business hours may be processed on the next business day.
Once an order has been shipped, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Express Shipping
- Estimated delivery time: 1–2 business days.
- Flat shipping rate: $24.99.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $89.99 across Canada, excluding Ontario.

Great North Vape is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
